Inghams Head Representatives: Winter 10/11You will have previous experience working overseas as a representative and possess excellent organisational, leadership and language skills.  You will be required to manage your own team within an area or will be responsible for the overall running of a resort, maintaining high standards and service levels and produce results utilising skills and knowledge of your team and motivating them towards success.This is a very hands-on role where you will be required to lead by example whilst still developing your team with constructive feedback, support and training.Previous experience working overseasExcellent command of French, German or Italian for European resortsSecured BUNAC visa prior to application for North America positionsManagement and supervisory experienceSki experience for winter positions
