Salary:
As a qualified lifeguard and swim teacher your role will be made up of a combination of lifeguard duties, swimming lessons, and assisting the Fitness Instructor with pool based sessions and classes.
It will be your task to ensure a safe and controlled environment for all the guests by maintaining constant surveillance of activities at the pool to prevent accidents.
With a minimum of a level 2 swim coach qualification you will also be required to promote and provide swimming lessons to both adult and children guests of varying levels. In addition you will be required to assist the Fitness Instructor to deliver water based sessions and classes.
This varied job role would be great for someone with swim coaching qualifications and experience, a NPLQ certificate, and a responsible and focused attitude.
