We are seeking an individual with excellent maintenance skills and qualifications, a clean driving license, an outgoing personality, and a real dedication to quality work.
Our client manager villas and apartments on the west coast of France in a place called Moliets, not too far from Biarritz.
As part of the maintenance team, you will be involved in all areas of property management including, electrics, carpentry, decoration, white goods maintenance, and plumbing.
Therefore you should have good experience in these areas and have held a clean driving licence.
You MUST hold a EU passport and a permanent UK Nat Ins No.
In return, you will be provided with a competitive salary, Accommodation is available at a cost of £210 per calendar month
The start date for the post is 2ndJanuary 2012 until 30thApril 2012 with a view to extend for the whole summer.
