Want to improve your Spanish as you do paid work in Spain? Gain work experience and learn Spanish in a gorgeous holiday destination - in Andalusia, Costa Blanca, Majorca, or on the Canary Islands. You’ll begin your stay in Spain with an optional 2 to 4-week Spanish course, then do paid hospitality work in a hotel or restaurant for up to 6 months.
Language Course
Looking to improve your Spanish? Then take the opportunity to enrol in a 2 to 4-week Spanish course in the lovely city of Seville. Here, you will have the chance to refresh and expand your knowledge of Spanish, in a class of 10 students or fewer. The course includes 20 lessons a week, each lesson lasting 50 minutes. Employers, co-workers, and hotel guests will rely on you to have solid Spanish language skills, so the language course is helpful for beginners and more advanced students alike.
Hospitality Work
You will have diverse job possibilities in Spain, from waiting tables, working as a cashier, helping in a kitchen, and cleaning rooms, to providing entertainment, working as a lifeguard, and providing other general assistance. Although we naturally try to take your job preferences into account as we search for a job placement for you, your prior work experience and language skills, as well as the job availability in Spain will ultimately determine your exact placement.
Most jobs are very simple and do not require any special skills. You may be asked to do various different types of work over the course of your stay, depending on what sort of help your hotel needs, and you will most likely be working in an international team. As payment for your work, you will receive free room and board as well as € 200 (about £180) per month. Throughout your stay, our partner organisation will be there to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
